These terms govern your use of the website at ah-architecture.co.uk. The terms of any engagement letter between AH Architecture and a client supersede these terms in relation to the work covered by that engagement.

The descriptions of past projects, services, and fees on this site are for general guidance. Specific fee proposals are issued in writing after the initial consultation and are the contractually binding figure for any engagement.

Intellectual property

The site content, including text, photographs, and drawings, is owned by AH ARCHITECTURE DESIGN LIMITED or used with permission. Copy, reuse, or redistribution requires written consent.

Limitations

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
